(1) The employee of the service shall not misuse his position or any other person engaged in the work of the service shall not work in dereliction of duty.
(2) An employee of the service or a person employed in the service shall not violate the confidentiality of the service in any way, even after being in the service or in the service or after being separated from the service or from the service.
